Data-Trace.com (operated by CIPHER CONSULTANCY LIMITED) provides an AI-driven data analysis and automated notification platform. Our service includes:

  • Forensic Mapping: Analyzing blockchain and transactional data provided by the user.

  • Automated Notification: Orchestrating outbound data alerts to third-party custodial entities (Exchanges, Banks, EMIs).

  • Intelligence Reporting: Providing a structured summary of the data findings.

2. No Financial or Legal Advice

Data-Trace.com is not a financial institution, recovery agent, or law firm. We do not offer “recovery services,” and we do not guarantee the return of any funds. Our role is strictly limited to Forensic Intelligence and Data Reporting. Any actions taken by third-party institutions following our notifications are at their sole discretion.

3. Eligibility & Time-Sensitive Limitations

Our AI-orchestrated pipeline is optimized for high-volume fraud types (Investment Fraud, Bot Platforms). Due to the technical nature of data dispersal, we primarily accept data submissions for incidents occurring within the last 5 weeks. Users acknowledge that “Small Scale” or “Petty Fraud” (e.g., romance or purchase scams) may be untraceable.

4. User Data Accuracy

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the incident data provided. Inaccurate data may result in the notification of incorrect entities. Data-Trace.com accepts no liability for actions taken based on incorrect user-submitted data.

5. Limitation of Liability

CIPHER CONSULTANCY LIMITED provides these tools on an “as-is” basis. We do not represent any government agency or law enforcement. We are not liable for the failure of any third party to act upon the intelligence packets provided.
